Managing Director
Daniel acted as Investment Principal and General Counsel at Blackstone, where he covered real estate debt strategies across Europe. Also a former partner at Dublin and Cork-based law firm Matheson and director at The Royal Bank of Scotland in London, Daniel applies leading expertise to Irish and UK housing sectors. Daniel graduated from University College Dublin in 1998 (BCL) and is a qualified lawyer and tax consultant.

Andrea specialises in project management, having worked across Europe, the US and Asia over a 20 year career. She brings a wealth of experience in dealing with corporates of every size, together with government sponsored schemes. Currently residing in Wicklow, Andrea graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2006 (Business) and holds a project management degree from the Harvard Extension School.
